Are You Entertained?

To enjoy working out, or not to enjoy working out, That is the real question well obviously to enjoy!


If you’re one of those people who finds exercise to be boring and hard to stick to, don’t fret my pet, it doesn’t have to be hard or boring. The key factor is getting your heart rate elevated.


We’ve all heard the saying, time flies when you’re having fun. Well, the same goes for having fun to get in shape. Doing things that keep your interest will only improve your weight loss journey. It will allow you to focus less on time and more on the fun. When we are not stalking our clocks and calendars and instead of engaging in life with our friends and families, goals are easily and hastily met.


So drop the stress of boring routines and start spicing things up. Dance for 30 minutes, go on a walk, or go swimming. Do what makes you happy to meet your goals. The only thing that you should not do is NOTHING. Doing nothing is in the opposite direction of where you are going.


If God is for us (and in his word he said he is ) then who or what can stand against us? The answer is only we can stand in our way!


So now that boring is out of the way, you can enjoy life.
