What is Food Freedom?

What is food freedom? It is the ability to eat what you want when you want without worry. How does one have no worries about food? By continually building a positive mindset/relationship with food. So I can really eat what I want when I want? Yes! Just keep the what I want when I want mindset so you won’t get caught cheating yourself from deprivation. What do people do when deprived? Gorge!


Set yourself up for success and pre-plan with snack baggies and meal Prep. Remembering sitting down with a party size bag of chips or candy is a setup! Preplanning eliminates all the think work for you. The most common reason people overeat or undereat is due to a lack of preparation. This causes us to go for whatever is easiest/ quickest all through the day. We unintentionally sabotage ourselves when we don’t plan. We also lower our esteem every time we get our minds prepared without action behind it.


Don’t fall for the trap. Enjoy the full benefits of Food Freedom by planning, tracking, and staying active. Life can be as great as you plan it to be.
